1. The service
ClientHunt is an AI-assisted client acquisition platform for freelancers and small service businesses. It helps users discover potential business clients, review public business information, and prepare outreach.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and use ClientHunt for legitimate business or professional purposes. Accounts are identified by a verified Whop user ID. Keep your account secure and do not share access.
3. Demo, plans and credits
The demo includes one free Hunt, up to five prospects, and a limited Intelligence preview. The paid plan is €22/month, with 50 Hunts/month and 10 Detailed Intelligence Researches/month in separate pools, billed and managed through Whop. Only a new research generation or an explicit “Research Again” uses an Intelligence credit. Cached dossiers, switching saved leads, and refreshing an existing dossier do not. Credits do not roll over and have no cash value.
4. Accuracy and lawful use
Opportunity Scores, research, Key People and recommendations are AI-assisted estimates based on publicly available information. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not guarantees or professional advice. Findings are labeled FOUND, INFERRED, or UNKNOWN. You are solely responsible for your results and for lawful outreach under GDPR, ePrivacy, anti-spam, and marketing laws. Prohibited conduct is described in Acceptable Use.
5. Ownership and third parties
All rights in the service, software, branding, and design belong to G.V Ellinas Group. You retain ownership of your saved content and messages. Google Places, Whop, web research providers, and AI model providers are third-party services outside our control and may change or be unavailable.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud, or security risks. On cancellation, saved data may be kept for up to 12 months and then may be deleted.
7. Disclaimers and liability
ClientHunt is provided “as is”. Availability is not guaranteed while the service is in beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, G.V Ellinas Group is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the courts of Cyprus. Contact vasilisellinas18@gmail.com.
