G.V Ellinas Group is the controller. Contact vasilisellinas18@gmail.com. We may collect your Whop user ID and basic account information, saved leads, Intelligence dossiers, messages, pipeline status, usage and credit counts, basic technical logs used for security and service operation.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the service and perform our contract, for legitimate interests such as security, abuse prevention and service improvement, and on consent where required by law.
3. Processors and providers
We use providers by role: Whop for authentication and payments; Vercel for hosting; a database provider for account data, leads and dossiers; Google Places for business discovery; Tavily for public-web research; and third-party AI model providers for analysis and text generation.
4. Public information
Key People and business research use publicly available information only, with sources shown where available. Any individual may request correction or removal by emailing vasilisellinas18@gmail.com.
5. Retention and security
Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation, after which it may be deleted. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and server-side enforcement.
6. Your GDPR rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus. ClientHunt is not intended for anyone under 18.
